5 MINUTE HOLIDAY EGGNOG COFFEE
- 1/2 cup Rocky Mountain Brazil Single Origin Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
- 5 cups cold water
- 2 1/2 cups regular or low-fat pasteurized eggnog
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Candy Cane
- STIR together ground coffee and nutmeg. Place in a filter in the brew basket of the coffee maker. Add water to the coffee maker. Brew coffee according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- MICROWAVE eggnog in a microwave-safe container on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Stir into brewed coffee. Add sweetener, if desired.
- POUR into cups. Top with whipped cream and other toppings. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
