5 MINUTE HOLIDAY EGGNOG COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Rocky Mountain Brazil Single Origin Coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 1/2 cups regular or low-fat pasteurized eggnog
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Whipped cream
  • Candy Cane
  • Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

  1.  STIR together ground coffee and nutmeg. Place in a filter in the brew basket of the coffee maker. Add water to the coffee maker. Brew coffee according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2.  MICROWAVE eggnog in a microwave-safe container on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Stir into brewed coffee. Add sweetener, if desired.
  3.  POUR into cups. Top with whipped cream and other toppings. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
